Upgrades are free with a paid license. We upgrade every month and publish the details to the WorkOtter login page,User’s Guide, and on our website. We get better every month – just like you will when you use WorkOtter.
First month SaaS users pay by credit card or debit card (MasterCard or Visa). SaaS (after the first month), Hosted users can continue to pay by credit card or by approved purchase orders. Only thing we are better at than collecting money is building awesome PPM software. We will be happy to work with you.
WorkOtter support is our best feature! We offer efficient and immediate email support during regular business hours. Site and login support is available 24/7/365. What’s more – there is NO extra charge for licensed customers. No nickle and dime-ing here.
