Yes.  There is an annual platform fee (fixed cost) that includes the WorkOtter SaaS PPM, technical support, upgrades, integrations, APIs, Single Sign On to Active Directory systems, and much more.

There is also a one time, fixed cost, and heavily discounted implementation package that includes best practice consulting, configuration, setup, training (for users and admins to fully self support), and report customizations.

Yes.  Due to the quality of the consulting and services we pair with the implementation we require 10 Manager Licenses (or an equivalent cost including Team Licenses) to get started.

All fees (including initial setup, platform costs, and services) are invoiced annually at the start of each year of service and are Net30.

Payment can be made via ACH, Bank Transfer or by Approved Purchase Order. Only thing we are better at than working with our clients is building awesome PPM software. We will be happy to work with you.

Upgrades are free with a paid platform license. We upgrade every month and publish the details to the WorkOtter login page,User’s Guide, and on our website. We get better every month – just like you will when you use WorkOtter.

WorkOtter support is our best feature! We offer efficient and immediate email support during regular business hours. Site and login support is available 24/7/365. 

We offer customized training sessions for both Project Managers and Collaborators. The best part is that we record training and create modules that you can reuse for new hires in the future!

On top of setup, configuration and training we offer other value enhancing services like strategic consulting, PMO maturity evaluation and custom reporting and visualization creation.
