How much are upgrades?

Upgrades are free with a paid license. We upgrade every month and publish the details to the WorkOtter login page,User’s Guide, and on our website. We get better every month – just like you will when you use WorkOtter.

What payment method do you offer?

First month SaaS users pay by credit card or debit card (MasterCard or Visa). SaaS (after the first month), Hosted users can continue to pay by credit card or by approved purchase orders. Only thing we are better at than collecting money is building awesome PPM software. We will be happy to work with you.

How does support work?

WorkOtter support is our best feature! We offer efficient and immediate email support during regular business hours. Site and login support is available 24/7/365. What's more – there is NO extra charge for licensed customers. No nickle and dime-ing here.

Do you offer refunds?

If you ever feel we have not met your expectations in a given month – please contact us so that we can work with you (options at the bottom of the page). We seek only happy, satisfied, and repeat customers.

What training options are available?

We offer training onsite, offsite (via webinar), and can create computer based training packages with your processes and best practices embedded.

What services do you offer?

On top of setup, configuration, and training we offer other value enhancing service options like ad-hoc report writing, customization (hosted, enterprise, and onsite versions), consulting, and WorkOtter admin duties (move, cleanup, and setup data).
